Hello, my name is Fernado. The property consists of a 3000 square foot custom built house with three bedrooms and three baths on a 1/2 acre, in a neighborhood which is rapidly developing into an enclave of large luxurious houses built on lots selling for $200,000 upwards. Fernando’s hideaway enjoys an unobstructed 15 mile view of the shoreline to the south and a 360 degree view from the roof deck of the entire 25 mile length of Palmas Bay and the Sierra Laguna Mountains to the west.

You only need to bring your clothing and personal effects to move in and find yourself comfortably at home. You will find many amenities such as a 51 inch TV with home theater and surround sound, direct TV and an additional TV in the bedroom, hooked up to a parabolic dish. An outside cook center with an oven large enough to roast a pig, a 12 foot long serving bar with a built in sink with hot water, a huge patio, with fully landscaped grounds. There is a ceramic lined oversized Jacuzzi, a 428 square foot basement with a walk-in constant temperature controlled wine cellar, an office and exercise area. Also, there is a detached garage large enough to accommodate a motor home and a large boat, with a road at your front gate that can have you and your boat on the beach, ready to launch in two minutes flat.

The potential for fractional or joint ownership along with the opportunity to derive income is excellent. Should you wish to expand the living space there is sufficient room for an additional two or three bedroom unit on the rear portion of the lot with separate beach access without sacrificing the privacy of either living area and still have sufficient room for a sizable swimming pool. .

The property was initially listed for $575,000. The owners have agreed to lower the price, only through Novmber 30. 2003, to $525,000, substantially less than replacement cost.

Buena Vista is a delightful, tranquil Pueblo. Foreigners, mostly US and Canadian citizens, make up approximately 20% of the permanent residents. The natives and foreigners live here in harmony. Crime is almost non- existent, the air is fresh, the water is pure and plentiful and the sea is clear and hospitable. Year round recreational opportunities are abundant. The visitors and residents alike enjoy water sports including: fishing, swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving, board sailing, kite sailing, water skiing, jet skiing, boating and sailing. Other activities such as hiking, eco tours, mountain biking and bird watching are also popular. The mountains to the west rise to 7,200 feet above the sea and provide breath taking vistas as far as 125 miles, beyond Cabo San Lucas and extending to both the Pacific Ocean and the Sea of Cortez. There are rare birds and numerous varieties of trees and flowers as well as lagoons and streams along the trials and in the meadows at higher altitudes.

There are several good restaurants and several resort hotels in the immediate area. The local markets are well stocked and carry an astonishing amount and variety of imported goods from the US as well as from other countries. There are also boutiques and shops for clothes, gifts and sundries.
